"Told me it’s my fault for not paying attention. I talked to different employees there and they each told me a different reason for charging me TWICE. My mother and i went to talk to Ed and he literally put his hand on my moms face for her to stop talking so he can talk. Never again. Worst customer service"

"Never answer there phone and when they do the costumer service is below average. Had them for a year and they decided to cancel my insurance without notice but honestly I’m glad because now I’m forced to find a better agent"

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have been a customer for over 15 years, my policy holder has been a customer for more like 30. In the last year, our policy has been screwed up more times than I can count. most recently, Bianca, treated me like dirt. I called because I was told my premium was increasing. She argued with me for 30 minutes about the rates increasing but yet, the amount being deducted was lower. It was only lower because of an error that had 3 months ago when they never cancelled a renters policy. Still nothing has been done. I have got quotes from other providers and will be leaving."

"If I coukd rate 0 stars I would. I have also been a customer with state Farm for 10+ years. On two separate occasions within the last year with this agent I have recieved the worst customer service imagineable. The first occasion they were unable to to explain a charge to me and became very hostile when I continued to question. Bianca stated that she had been in the business a very long time and she herself understood but was unable to explain it to me. Of course in the end the charge was incorrect. The latest situation occurred when I canceled my insurance and my bank account was still drafted for the policies after the cancellation. It has been one week and I still have not been refunded the money. Ed became very hostile with me during our last phone call when I again asked if he was sure the check was in the mail. He asked me if I was calling him a liar and asked why I would be questioning him. He stated that he had went above and beyond to help me (that was after they made the mistake of drafting my money out of my account ) and then he hung up on me. Long story short, I would definitely take your business elsewhere. Extremely poor customer service. This last incident confirmed my decision to leave and go with a different company and I am very happy I did."
